This policy explains how Impuls ing d.o.o. (hereinafter: Impuls ing), the developer of IntegraCAD, handles personal data in connection with the website integracad.com.

What data we collect
This website has no forms, user accounts or visitor tracking tools. We only receive personal data when you contact us yourself by e-mail or phone, for example to request a demo or ask about licences. This usually includes your name, e-mail address, company, country, phone number and the content of your message.
We use this data only to reply to your request, to provide a demo or licence, and to support you as a customer. We do not use it for marketing and do not share it with third parties unless required by law. The legal basis is your request and the preparation or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Server logs
As with any website, the hosting provider's server automatically records technical data when you visit: IP address, time of access, requested page and browser type. This data is used for secure operation of the website and to detect abuse. It is not used to identify visitors and is kept for a limited time.
Cookies
integracad.com does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools, so we do not ask for cookie consent.
How long we keep data
We keep data from your enquiry as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, to provide the licence and support and to meet legal obligations such as accounting requirements.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing at any time by writing to info@impulsing.hr. We will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
